At UNCDF, Samantha supports policy and regulatory partners in creating enabling environments for digital innovation through technical advice, advocacy and research. She also supports tech start-ups in navigating their regulatory and policy environment to achieve compliance.

Samantha’s recent work has produced impactful strategies, regulatory frameworks, policies, and expert research that supports the work of both public and private sector stakeholders in advancing the digital economy. Samantha is also a skilled technical writer who has produced several blogs, think pieces, and technical papers on how Governments in developing countries can spearhead development through digital technology and innovation.
