Mr. Raimond Tamm works as a Deputy Mayor for the City of Tartu. He is responsible for communal services, city transport, entrepreneurship and innovation. Formerly he has also been the board member of Tartu Science Park. His fields of expertise are entrepreneurship, smart city, digital transformation, spatial planning, energy policy, economic policy and environmental policy. He has a MSc degree in Economics (economics and entrepreneurship).
