Among other positions in the past, Piret served as an Advisor for E-Services and Innovation at the Ministry of Social Affairs in Estonia. In this capacity, she provided invaluable support for digital transformation processes in healthcare and actively contributed to the implementation of eHealth policy programs. With a medical background as a trained nurse, a master’s degree in healthcare technology from TalTech, and enriched expertise in service design and digital transformation, Piret seamlessly integrates her medical knowledge with a passion for advancing digital services.
