Maísa Dias is a lawyer, also certified in Software Requirements Engineering by PUC Minas and currently serves as the Requirements Coordinator in the Digital Transformation Directorate of the Piauí State Information Technology Company (ETIPI). She is also pursuing a master’s degree in Philosophy, conducting research focused on Practical Philosophy. 
Maísa previously worked in the Process Modernization sector at the Digital Transformation Superintendence of the State Planning Department of Piauí. Currently, she is involved in digital government, particularly in the implementation, development, and customization of Gov.pi Cidadão, the unique digital transformation platform of the Piauí State, as well as other innovative technological solutions focused on digital government and public-private partnerships.
