Laura Kask has not just been a continuous point of reference for the Estonian legal and e-government community but also a true driver of innovation with some hallmark achievements that will influence the country’s relationship with the rest of the world for the foreseeable future. She has worked as the Government CIO’s Chief Legal Officer and led implementation of different EU regulations into Estonian legislative system (electronic identities, accessibility and data exchange, cybersecurity). She is the legal lead for the world’s first data embassy. Today she is the CEO of Proud Engineers supporting other countries with her broad and equally thorough expertise.
