Erika Piirmets is the Digital Transformation Adviser at the e-Estonia Briefing Centre. She is an advocate for a more human-centric and seamless society, digitally empowered. Already for 15 years, the Briefing Centre is a Governmental Foundation sharing Estonia’s vast experience in digitisation, where Erika’s role is to host and advise visitors from governments, businesses, academia and media from across the globe. Erika’s expertise extends from digital public infrastructure to cyber security and emerging technologies. Erika is passionate about leadership in digital processes and change management as a part of digital transformation, based on her MA studies in Organisation Behaviour. 

Previously, Erika worked in education and has been active in various European volunteering projects. Erika is also a sought-out keynote speaker, moderator, writer and podcast host.
