HOW to get in?
And you’re in! You do not need to do that again when re-entering from the same device and browser.
WHAT to do on the platform?
PROFILE Click on the Profile icon in the bottom toolbar. Adding a photo and interests helps to network with fellow participants.
BROADCAST You can follow the live broadcast on the days of the conference and also rewatch all the presentations afterwards.
Q&A AND INTERACTION If you wish to submit a question for the speaker, please click on the Q&A button under the presentation title.
EXPO You can already enter the virtual expo and check out the event partners materials and info. During the event, there will be partner representatives online to answer your questions via chat or video call. If a partner has a practical demo or a discussion during the event – then the timings of the live activities can be found from the agenda and partner’s virtual expo stand.
NETWORKING By clicking on the Conversations icon under the agenda you can see the chats and meetings you have been invited to. From the Participants icon, you can browse participants and start chatting with them either via text messages or video call. You can also browse participants by country. And the Public chat icon gives you an opportunity to chat with all the participants.
TAKE-AWAYS To get the most of the virtual platform, you can also gather contacts and expo materials with Take-Away feature. Find the shopping cart icon, add contacts/materials to your shopping cart and afterwards send these to your email by clicking the Take-Away button visible in the Profile tab.
