Mauro Farias, secretary of state for Digital Transformation of Rio de Janeiro, presents the challenges and advances of the state digital transformation project, the largest in Brazil. With Estonian inspiration, actions such as the RJ Digital program, its expansion to municipalities and recognition of the project will be presented.
