The DEUCE (Digital Empowerment of Ukrainian Community in Estonia) project aspires to enable Ukrainians living in Estonia to learn about and use Estonian and Ukrainian digital solutions, satisfy their practical needs and enhance community support. eGA has recruited 30 young digital-savvy Ukrainians in Estonia as digital envoys. They are assisting over 500 digitally vulnerable Ukrainians in using both Estonian and Ukrainian digital e-services and solutions with the potential to raise awareness among 5,000 Ukrainians. The project is funded by a grant from the United States Department of State and implemented by the e-Governance Academy.
